Here at BreeAdam, we are dedicated to our partnerships. In order for us to find the personnel of your dreams, it all starts with our relationship with the hiring manager and company overall. By having a direct relationship with the hiring manager, we get to know not only all the things that we need to be looking for on a resume and in a background, but also all of the intangibles about a person and the soft skills that would make a person thrive in that environment. Also, by having company wide relationships, we are able to better understand company goals and initiatives and be able to provide strategic staffing recommendations around those.
Once a hiring manager decides that they need to bring on a new resource, we can help them identify whether they are looking for a temporary consultant (contract) or a full-time staff member (direct hire). From there, we begin to dig in on all of the technical requirements that are required to make this person successful and basically create a custom “wish-list” of the ideal candidate. From there, we begin doing what we do best- recruiting! We begin by creating tailored job descriptions that are specific to the requirements discussed with the hiring managers. These job descriptions give candidates a clear understanding of what the hiring manager is looking for, as well as what they will be assessed on during interviews. Outside of the technical requirements, our job descriptions will also portray all of the enticing parts of the job to candidates, as well, such as what part of the business they will be supporting, what project they will be dedicated to, what their new team will be comprised of, and any other additional selling points that make your job stand out!
After we have finalized a job description, we start narrowing in on our pipeline of candidates. The first place we start is with candidates we have worked with in the past that we know and trust, as well as any referrals. We then create tailored job postings for candidates that are active in the market, as well as do extensive outbound recruiting on some of the most popular recruiting platforms to target the candidates who aren’t even looking. Once a potential candidate is identified, we rely on more than just the “buzz” words to let us know that we have the right candidate. Each candidate is then taken through our screening process before they ever even hit your inbox!

Once we have narrowed down our selection to the top 2-3 candidates, we will begin to submit them to you via email or directly through our online portal. There, you will immediately be able to review resumes, give feedback, and begin lining up interviews. Ideally, we get it right the first time, but if not, one of the things we are best at is listening to customer feedback, figuring out where we went wrong, and using that to hone in our search efforts and identify the perfect match.
Once an offer is extended, your job is almost done! For contract roles, we will handle all of the onboarding in compliance with your company, as well as gather all other necessary documents on our end. For direct placement services, we partner directly with your internal HR and alleviate any responsibilities we can to ensure the candidate is onboarded as quickly as possible. Throughout the onboarding process, we will also work with you on setting up a successful first day and first week for your new team member. Those first couple days that a new contractor or employee has on the job help to set the tone for what their future at the company looks like, so we want to do everything we can to give you suggestions and help make those first few days a solid foundation to a long-lasting employment journey.
For contact or contract-to-hire placements, this is also the beginning of our true partnership together. Although the consultant is working for your company, they are an employee of BreeAdam and an extension of us, so we will remain invested in their new role. While the consultant is onsite, we help to create a constant feedback loop to ensure open communication and that our consultant is always doing the best for themselves and for your company. If there is ever an issue, we are the first to step in and remediate the problem. We check in on them often and make sure that you also feel comfortable providing the consultant, and us, feedback. For direct placement services, there isn't much else we need from you or that you will need from us; however, we care about the success of each of our placements and enjoy seeing all that they bring to you and your organization, so don't be surprised if we check in on them often, as well. Lastly, throughout each engagement and after each placement, we will continue to meet with you and stay abreast of any other upcoming initiatives you may need staffing support with. Outside of that, it is our goal to build strong, ever lasting relationships with each of our customers that extend beyond "what are your upcoming hiring initiatives."
